B. Technical issues from our side
- You were unable to access the purchased course, webinar, or materials due to a technical failure on our platform that we could not resolve within 5 business days.
- Online consultation or coaching session was canceled by us and could not be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame.
C. Content mismatch
- The service provided was significantly different from its description on our website or did not match the agreed scope of work.
D. Double payment
- You were charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error.
E. Incomplete service
- The purchased service was only partially delivered, and the missing part could not be provided within an acceptable time frame.
F. Special circumstances
- Health or emergency situations that prevent you from using the service, with valid documentation (hospital certificate, official letter, etc.).
- Legal or compliance restrictions in your country that make it impossible to receive our service.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:
- The service was delivered in full and matched the description, but you simply changed your mind.
- You failed to attend an online session without prior notice (less than 24 hours before the session).
- The issue is caused by your personal equipment, internet connection, or third-party software/hardware.
- You did not follow the provided instructions for accessing materials.
4. Refund Process

- All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
